Welcome to Paths Through Change C.I.C.
Paths Through Change C.I.C. is a not-for-profit social enterprise that promotes the rights of children and young people experiencing divorce / relationship breakdown in their families.
We provide specialist support services to children and young people of all ages. It is our mission to make sure that every child feels seen, respected and well cared for at this stage of their life.
What we do
Our support services for children and young people include:
- youth clubs and workshops (‘Events’)
- one-to-one sessions (‘Companion Service’)
- family conflict (‘Advocacy service’)
We also support parents and professionals working with children and young people experiencing family transitions.
Why we do it
There are usually both practical and emotional side-effects for children when their parents separate. Most will benefit from help to navigate the experience. This support can range from quick, easy fixes to bigger changes.
It is rare for a child’s parents to always agree about what is best and this can be even harder during or after a separation. Paths Through Change provides a more accessible, amicable alternative to the legal system for these situations.

Who we are
Paths Through Change C.I.C. was founded by Eily Livingstone (Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise 2024) in 2020. Eily is now supported by 2 other Directors, 3 facilitators and many collaborators and supporters. All our facilitators are qualified Youth Mental Health First Aiders and hold enhanced DBS checks. Paths Through Change has achieved the gold quaification ‘Committed to Trauma Informed Practice’.
