Welcome to Paths Through Change C.I.C.
Paths Through Change C.I.C. is a not-for-profit social enterprise that supports families during divorce or separation.
We provide specialist support services for all members of the family. It is our mission to make sure that every child feels seen, respected and well cared for during this change in their life.
What we do
We run youth club sessions for children and young people, facilitate groups for parents and deliver programmes for the entire family group.
We also support professionals working with children and young people experiencing divorce.
Why we do it
There are usually both practical and emotional side-effects for children when their parents separate. Most will benefit from help to navigate the experience. This support can range from quick, easy fixes to bigger changes.
It is rare for a child’s parents to always agree about what is best and this can be even harder during or after a separation. Paths Through Change provides more accessible, amicable alternatives to the legal system for these situations.

Who we are
Paths Through Change C.I.C. was founded by Eily Livingstone (Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise 2024) in 2020. Eily is now supported by 2 other Directors, 3 facilitators and many collaborators and supporters. All our facilitators are qualified Youth Mental Health First Aiders and hold enhanced DBS checks. Paths Through Change has achieved the gold quaification ‘Committed to Trauma Informed Practice’.
